Anybody ever hear a jingling noise coming from the engine compartment under heavy acceleration or while towing? Not sure how else to describe the noise. Any idea what it could be?

Could be wrong but it sounds like a labor knock to me. Mine does it when I use low grade gas and try to pull a load. I've gotten to whee I use only 93 octane in my truck get better performance too. Also Lucas gas treatment doesn't hurt either. I use that at every fill up.

Check your engine hoist mounts, you have two. They are known to get loose and jingle. Also check your cat's heat shields.
